Mild, buttery flavor, large pearly grains. From the Huso Dauricus sturgeon, the largest freshwaster fish in the world, comes this fabulous new caviar. Kaluga spends much of it's time in saltwater, making it extremely similar to Beluga. Crossbred with Amur Sturgeon, our Kaluga Fusion caviar is sustainable as well as delicious.
